Is food and drink allowed on site?
We have a vast selection of food vendors onsite whilst allowed in the park your own food will not be permitted within event areas. Alcohol – We have fully licensed bars onsite these will operate a Challenge 25 policy please bring suitable ID. It is not permitted to bring your own alcohol on site.
What are the different ticket types?
There are a few ticket types on sale for this year’s event.
Adult – 12 and Over
Children – Under 12’s
Children Under 3 – Free
Family Ticket – Two Children and Two Adults with Free Program
Where can I park?
There will be parking on site, follow the signs for “Soapbox Challenge” and one of our stewards will direct you.
Do I have to pay for parking?
No. Parking is free, however, there is a charge to enter the event. Parking will be first come first served, we would recommend using public transport where possible.
Do I need a ticket?
Yes. You will need a ticket for this event, they can be found in the “Purchase Tickets” section on our site.
What public transport is nearby?
The nearest bus stop is “Chester Road-Monument” with the Black Cats 2, Black Cats 2A, Coast and Country 78, Coast and Country 78A and the S451 stopping at the stop.
Will dogs be allowed on site?
Well behaved dogs are welcome on site but please remember this will be a busy event site. Please remember to bring bags with you and pick up after your dog.
Will tents gazebos and chairs be allowed?
Tents and gazebos are not permitted onsite. However, camping chairs are encouraged.
Can I take photos/videos?
Photos and Videos can be captured for your own private use. If you use the images in a commercial capacity you will need to contact our press office at press@hoteventsolutions.com. This includes Press, Media Organisations and commercial photographers.
Are drones allowed?
No. Use of drones is not permitted at any of our events due to the safety risk. If you use a drone this will result in a ban from all future Hot Event Solutions events and removal from the site.
Is their a disabled viewing area?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a disabled viewing area at this event. The site a Country Park location with tarmac pathways but grassed areas can be uneven and become slippery when wet. Disabled toilets are available onsite.
Will there be baby changing facilities?
These are available within the disabled toilets.
Cash Machines & Card Payments
Cash machines are NOT available on this site, a small number of traders onsite may accept credit or debit cards, but these cannot be relied upon due to issues with mobile internet at large scale events.
