Have a question about tickets?
You will need them on the day to check in. If you have not received your tickets please contact us on email@example.com on the lead up to the event, we will get back to you within 48hours.

Come down the box office on-site open from 1pm-7pm.

Directions from A19 - Take the A183 exit toward Chester-le-Street/Sunderland, At the roundabout, take the exit onto Chester Rd/A183,
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit, Partially restricted usage road.
Where to park
You can park in our dedicated car park which is located on-site, we would recommend getting there early as spaces are limited. Parking is FREE. To find the parking follow the parking signs when you turn in to Herrington Park from here one of our stewerds will guide you.
There will be security checks on the day of the event, this is to ensure a safe event for everyone.
Food and Drink:
Food and Drink will be sold on the event site for a wide variety of diets. Food and alcohol are not permitted to be brought into the event from outside. Unless prior arrangements are made for special dietary needs. If you are unsure about this please contact us on Facebook, Twitter or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sealed water up to 500ml per person is allowed to be brought into the site, we recommend this to stay hydrated through the day.
Bag searches will be taking place on the day due to security reasons and bags no bigger than A4 paper is to be allowed on site.
When on-site please keep your bag with you at all time.
Do I need my ticket on the day?
Yes. You need your ticket for entry, this will be emailed to you after your order. If you have not recieved it please email email@example.com
What are the event times?
The event will start at 10am and racing will begin about 11am. The event ends at 8pm.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
Yes, tickets can be bought on the gate. £10 Adult and £5 Child.
Will dogs be allowed?
Yes. You need do however need to keep your dog on a lead at all times.
How do I check in?
On the day you will get in line for people who already have a ticket, make sure you print your tickets before bringing them to the gate.
Should I print my ticket?
We would reccomend it. If your phone screen doesnt work properly or you can’t get to your emails you will need to have a ticket to enter the event.
